Openreel is very excited to be a part of Flipside Film Festival which runs from May 21st-31st across various Plymouth venues, and aims to provide a platform for endangered film practices and is intended as a filmic celebration and exploration of alternate, unorthodox and under-represented views and experiences of our world by mainstream broadcast media.

If you would like to submit a film that fits with the ethos of Flipside for an Openreel screening in The Flatpack Cinema on Thursday 29th May between 1pm and 3pm then send a copy of your film as a data DVD (so we can preserve the quality) to:

Please include your name, contact details, company or college, and a short synopsis of your film entry.
All entries will be subject to a selection process and should ideally be no more than 10 minutes duration.
